WHAT: The 2015 New Jersey Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony is scheduled for April 7, 2016 at 7:30 PM. Comedian Joe Piscopo, 2013 Hall of Fame inductee, will MC the event at the Asbury Park Convention Hall.

WHO: Esteemed guests include Senator Cory Booker and former Governor Tom Kean.

The 2015 inductees include:

  • ARTS & LETTERS: author James Fenimore Cooper
  • ENTERPRISE: Fox Studio founder William Fox, and philanthropists Lewis Katz and Bernard Marcus
  • PERFORMANCE ARTS: legendary R&B band Kool and the Gang, and comedian Jon Stewart
  • PUBLIC SERVICE: Medal of Honor recipient Jack H. Jacobs, and U.S. Senator Frank R. Lautenberg
  • SPORTS: baseball great Derek Jeter, U.S. Women’s national soccer team captain Christie Rampone, and ESPN college basketball commentator Dick Vitale
  • UNSUNG HERO: Morgan Stanley executive Carla Harris

 WHEN: Thursday, April 7, 2016. The media is invited to interview and photograph attendees during the Red Carpet Entrance at 5:30 PM. The Ceremony Reception will begin at 6 PM with seating for the Induction Ceremony beginning at 7 PM.
