Texas Association of First Responders Chili Cook-off

Texas Association of First Responders, a 501(c)(3) charitable organization, was founded in August 2007; created to benefit law enforcement officers, fire fighters, and emergency medical personnel who are seriously injured in the line of duty. It is the responsibility of Texas Association of First Responders to honor those who serve our communities, who ensure the safety and well-being of our citizens.

Texas Association of First Responders Chili Cook-off will host Cook Teams from various First Responder Agencies and Departments from all over the state of Texas; as they compete in the categories of Best Chili and an Open Category “One Pot Shot”, which can be either Gumbo, Jambalaya, Stew, etc. This event is to benefit the charitable purpose of Texas Association of First Responders.

Cook-off Awards presented at 5:00pm

This Event is open to the public. Other Events during the day will include Live Music and the Outlaw Dave First Responder Wild Motorcycle Ride, which will begin at Stubbs Harley Davidson, Houston, and ride to the Wildcatter Saloon as a Police Escorted Ride to enjoy the festivities.
