Texas Republic Life issued Certificate of Authority to become Texas’ Newest Life Insurance Carrier

Texas Republic Capital Corporation (TRCC), an insurance holding company with its home office in Austin, Texas, is pleased to announce that its wholly owned subsidiary, Texas Republic Life Insurance Company, received its Certificate of Authority to do business as a life insurance company from the Texas Department of Insurance (TDI) on August 1, 2016. TRCC has raised over $16,000,000 through a series of private placements and an ongoing intrastate public offering across Texas. TRCC is providing the capital to TRLIC as described in the company’s prospectus. TRCC is currently owned by over 1300 Texans. It is the goal of TRCC’s management to complete the intrastate offering by the end of 2016 or early in 2017.

TRLIC will soon submit its initial life insurance products for approval by the TDI.
